YIELDS: 20 | TIME: 30 mins. | SKILL SET: Easy

INGRDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of oats 
  • 1/2 cup of oat flour
  • 1/4 chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup of raisins
  • 1 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup of bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbps flaxseed
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 3 mashed ripened bananas
  • 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil 
  • 1 tbsp honey

DIRECTIONS: 

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

Mix all dry ingredients: oats, oat flour, almonds, raisins, coconut, chocolate chips, chia seeds, flaxseed, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.

Mix all moist ingredients: mashed bananas, melted coconut oil and honey.

Mix dry and wet ingredients together. Spread out on a cookie sheet thats been covered in parchment paper so that its all one piece.

Bake for 15 minutes. After removing from the oven, slice into individual bars while still warm. Slightly separate while on the cookie sheet and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes. 

Remove from oven and let cook completely on a wire rack.
