- 1 head of garlic
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the bottom of the head of garlic and peel away any loose layers. Place in an oven-safe baking dish, and drizzle olive oil on top. Tear the sprigs of rosemary and lay on top of the garlic and finish with salt.
Place foil over baking dish and put in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes and then remove any access peel away from the garlic.
Save leftover infused oil for another time (salad dressing, etc.). Use garlic to spread on bread, Pairs well with hummus and pita bread.
